FAQ

Q: What should I do to prepare for my massage therapy session?

We recommend that you avoid eating a heavy meal or consuming alcohol before your session. It is also a good idea to drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and remove any jewelry or accessories that may interfere with the massage.

Q: What should I expect during my massage therapy session?

You will be asked to fill out a health history form before your session begins. The massage therapist will then discuss your needs and preferences and develop a customized treatment plan. You will be asked to undress to your comfort level and lie on a massage table, draped with a sheet or towel. The massage therapist will use a variety of techniques to address your specific concerns.

Q: What if I have a medical condition or injury?

If you have a medical condition or injury, it is important to consult with your healthcare provider before scheduling a massage therapy session. Our massage therapist will also discuss your health history with you prior to the session and may request additional information to ensure that massage therapy is safe and appropriate for you.

Q: What should I do during the massage therapy session?

Your massage therapist will guide you through the session, but it is important to communicate with them throughout the session.
